Permissions & safety

Do I need a licence for scaffolding on the pavement?

Yes — if the scaffold stands on a public footpath or road, a highways licence is required from the local county council. We arrange this and handle the paperwork for you.

Is your scaffolding safe and insured?

Yes. Our operatives are CISRS-carded and CITB-trained, every scaffold is inspected, and we carry public liability insurance.

Can you work on listed or period buildings?

Yes — we regularly scaffold listed, timber-framed and conservation-area properties, taking extra care to protect the building.
