Since 1982, AK Scaffolding has been built by people who care about doing the job right—safely, neatly and on time. Our crews are CISRS-carded with ongoing CITB training, and every project is delivered with clear communication and a tidy finish.

How we work on site

  1. Briefing: RAMS reviewed with the team; roles & responsibilities confirmed.
  2. Protection: floors, doorways and public routes protected before materials move.
  3. Build: neat bays, correct ties and clear access; segregation where needed.
  4. Handover: scaffold tagged; client walkthrough and documentation provided.
  5. Inspection: at agreed intervals and after alteration/adverse weather.
  6. Dismantle: fast removal and clean handover on completion.

Do you use subcontractors?

We primarily use our own CISRS-carded teams. If a specialist is required, they meet our training and insurance standards.

Are your crews DBS checked for school projects?

Yes—on request. Tell us if your site requires specific checks or inductions.

Can you work out of hours?

Yes. We often schedule evening or weekend installs for retail, office and public sites.
